Keynote Presentation
Ola Bolström – “Murphy’s Law and Traffic Safety”
Ola Boström is a distinguished expert in injury biomechanics, having transitioned from a PhD in theoretical physics in 1994. He served as Vice President of Research at Autoliv and its spin-off, Veoneer, where he contributed significantly to advancements in automotive safety. In recognition of his contributions, he received the US Government Award for Safety Engineering Excellence in 2017 and the Pathfinder Award from the Automotive Safety Council in 2023. Now retired, Ola continues to inspire future generations in the field of safety engineering.
