Stapp Car Crash Journal

The Stapp Car Crash Journal is published by The John Paul Stapp Association and is available through the Society of Automotive Engineers.

The scope of material contained in the Stapp Car Crash Journal includes new data on the biomechanics of injury and human tolerance, new methods and tools to study the biomechanics of injury, new developments in occupant protection systems, and new concepts on the biomechanics of injury based on experimental and analytical studies. Technical papers are peer reviewed by scientists in the field of injury biomechanics and vehicular safety engineering, with members of the Stapp Advisory Committee serving as associate editors to identify appropriate peer reviewers.
